I've learned from getting certificates in plant-based nutrition, years of learning from credible medical professionals, and applying these learnings to my life that similar to nature, when we take care of her, everything falls into place.
While each of us is different in our genetic makeup and development, we have some things in common: we're human with the human form, physiology, and bodily systems (cardiovascular, respiratory, muscular, digestive, immune systems, etc).
I use my understanding of optimal human nutrition and cooking therapy to activate the endless power in each of us so we can realign our trajectories in life starting with alleviating daily pain.
After years of experimenting with ways to support others, I'm proud to offer the greatest need that consistently comes up: community support and accountability.
